Job Title: Lifecycle Management (LCM) Business Analyst -Asset Management

Location: Hybrid schedule. Must be local to San Antonio, TX

Job Summary: The LCM Business Analyst -Asset Management role involves assisting in updating documents that monitor, assess, analyze, maintain, and measure the performance of Lifecycle Management activities across all facets of operations. This includes generating reports, performing database exports, and supporting the Asset Mgmt. Applications DBA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain internally generated documents using Microsoft Office Pro Plus tools (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
  • Generate reports and perform database exports.
  • Monitor ITSM ticket queue performance and calendar events.
  • Provide critical updates to leadership as needed.
  • Perform extensive data entry tasks into various Information Technology Service Management, asset management, software management, and other vendor-specific databases and tools.
  • Updating Hardware Inventory Report (HIRS)
  • Participate in semi-annual inventories & reporting exercises
  • Provide Shipping/Receiving Reports
  • Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedure Documents

Required Skills:

  • Solid attention to detail
  • Previous hardware/asset mgmt. experience is preferred including familiarity with IT equipment - switches/routers/servers and knowledge of difference between accountable vs. non-accountable assets
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including: Proficient in Excel (Preparing Excel Pivot Tables), Identifying duplicates in Excel spreadsheets, Proficiency in MS Word.
      • Data entry competencies
      • ServiceNow Experience (strongly preferred)

      Work Environment:

      • Operate in large team environments.
      • Interface multiple times daily with internal and external customers, presenting the “face” of the organization.
      • Hybrid WFH schedule available (strict adherence to set schedule)

      Other Requirements:

      • Must be a US Citizen for background government clearance
      • Must live in San Antonio
