The focus of your role:

This position is responsible for developing AI use cases, architectures, and strategies, while also leading teams of AI specialists to ensure alignment with client objectives. It requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. You will empower our clients to define and implement a data journey that directly supports their strategic goals.

What you’ll do:

As a member of the AI & Data team you have:
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, translating emerging trends and insights into digestible and actionable recommendations for Capgemini clients.
  • Oversee the architecture, implementation, and deployment of robust AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop business opportunities for AI applications.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI & Data team.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and platforms for clients based on their unique needs.
  • Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from architecture and strategy to implementation.
  • Manage small-scale projects using agile methodologies, adapting to specific client requirements.
What you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience managing technical teams; consulting experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, including agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • A strong drive to learn and advance your career, with demonstrable experience in cloud-based AI projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading a client along the AI journey.
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline).
  • Strong understanding of various AI techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. With a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Project Demonstrated experience in project and people management, delivering tangible client value.
