Job Description
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI-driven chatbots and conversational solutions using the Kore AI platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee and mentor teams in the creation of custom chatbot workflows, defining business logic, NLP integration, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple channels.
Drive the integration of chatbots with enterprise-level systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs) and third-party APIs, optimizing the overall user experience and enhancing functionality.
Provide strategic input and recommendations for the evolution of conversational AI, staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating cutting-edge technologies to enhance product offerings.
Manage the full lifecycle of chatbot solutions, including performance optimization, data analytics, and troubleshooting, while ensuring the solutions meet user expectations and business needs.
Primary Skills
Extensive expertise in Kore AI platform development, implementation, and customization of AI-driven chatbots and conversational interfaces.
Advanced knowledge of NLP, Machine Learning, and Conversational AI to build intelligent, context-aware chatbot solutions.
Proven experience in system integration with enterprise applications, CRMs, APIs, and third-party services for seamless chatbot functionality.
Strong background in strategic planning, AI solution architecture, and leading cross-functional teams in chatbot development and deployment.
Skilled in data analytics for monitoring chatbot performance, conducting optimization, and ensuring continuous improvements to meet business objectives.
