We require an experienced IT Network Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced team focused on automation to design, build, deliver infra for multiple product offerings. In this high impact role, you will have the freedom to embrace, expand, learn and manage the cutting-edge technologies working with a very talented group of engineers.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, automate and deploy Cisco networks, firewalls & AWS networking
  • Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
  • Work in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal and secure cloud-based solutions for the company
  • Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
  • Automate the infrastructure deployments wherever possible
  • Provide on-call production support for critical services

Who You Are (Requirements – Educational, Soft skills, Software, etc…)

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 - 12 years of experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge and understanding of Next-Generation Firewalls (Cisco FTD), Cisco ASA
  • Must have worked in a datacentre/co-location infrastructure environment
  • Working experience in install, configure and management of Cisco firewalls and switches.
  • Firewall and switch patch and IOS upgrades.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of IPsec tunnel, NAT rules and configuration of site-to-site VPN
  • Good understanding on Remote access VPN with multifactor authentications.
  • Experience on Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP), URL filtering and IPS for Networks.
  • Experience in working on Cisco ASAv firewalls in AWS.
  • Experience on chassis-based Routing/switching products.
  • Enterprise Routing experience using protocols EIGRP, OSPF&BGP.
  • Knowledge on VMware Networking concepts like creation of vSwitches, VMware ESX/ESXi, VMware vCenter
  • Experience in managing virtualized Cisco ISE deployment.
  • Extensive knowledge with VLAN’s, Trunk, RSTP, Ether Channels, HSRP, VRRP, Port Security, ACL’s.
  • Knowledge on TACACS+, RADIUS implementation for network devices.
  • Public cloud (AWS&AZURE) experience i.e. VPC, VNET, Transit-GW, AWS Direct-Connect ,NACL's
  • Experience in AWS site to site VPN’s and TGW policy based and route based tunnels.
  • Full understanding of Troubleshooting tools like protocol analyzers & TCP dumps.

Strong understanding of enterprise network technology.

Must be available on-call for any customer related discussions or a priority network issues.

U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
