• Collecting and processing data;
• Creating, establishing and optimizing data business reporting processes;
• Delivering, creating and maintain management dashboards within the cluster;
• Creating, operating and maintaining user interfaces (UI) (MS, Access, MS Excel, MS SQL);
• Creating and automating reports (Power BI, MS Excel, etc.);
• Operating the reporting portal based on SharePoint Online and expand if necessary;
• Working with stakeholders to support and enable the business partners to make data driven decisions and have clear visibility on the business;
• Supporting colleagues in creating data aggregation;
• Creating process, user and technical documentation;
• Advising colleagues on the above topics.

• Strong experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MS Access, PowerShell, Power Automation. Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data, ultimately providing valuable insights for decision-making. Each tool complements the others, allowing analysts to tackle diverse tasks effectively;
• Experience with data processing, analyzis and organization experience with KPI definition, tracking and identification of corrective actions;
• Experience in identification, design, documentation, implementation, monitoring and optimization of governance processes;
• Identifying problems, analyzing them, and finding practical solutions are crucial for success. Being proactive and innovative ensures continuous service delivery even when issues arise;
• Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time;
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken. German language will be considered as an advantage;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
