Join us and develop systems using modern technologies that are used by hundreds of users in Commerzbank branches and departments across the world.
We have several teams working around customer lifecycle management for corporate, investment and private banking clients. The work spans onboarding procedures, anti-money-laundering / KYC workflows and implementations of market and tax regulations. The solutions are frequently integrated with other systems of the bank e.g. trade capture, management reporting or CRM.
Your tasks
- Gathering, collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and business experts
- Analysing business processes/workflows to identify improvements, bringing solutions to enhance efficiency
- Liaising with business stakeholders and developer team to ensure clear communication, understanding project goals, requirements and constraints
- Validating proposed IT solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives through testing, user acceptance testing and feedback collection
Your profile
- Proven working experience in IT Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle
- Working experience in agile environment (SCRUM)
- Data Analysis experience – ability to analyze and interpret data including SQL proficiency
- Experience with business process modelling (BPM tools: Camunda)
- Familiarity with business analyst tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to read code (e.g. Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with system integration, user acceptance testing
