IT Business Analyst COPS Cluster

In today’s world, security is not just an IT problem – it can make or break a business. That’s why we have a whole cluster dedicated to it. The mission of the Corporate Platform (COPS) is to protect the values of the bank against internal and external threats, promote the regulatory compliance of products and processes.
You will be a member of SRE team that provides a central and digital procurement platform and continuously improves workflows and processes of managing Commerzbank properties.
Your tasks
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders and business experts
- Be a discussion partner for Corporate Procurement department and analyze Commerzbank’s internal procurement processes to identify improvements and bring solutions to optimize them
- Cooperate with business and development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements, independently coordinate implementation with all involved parties
- Validate alignment of IT deliveries with business requirements and objectives through testing, user acceptance testing and feedback collection
Your profile
- Proven working experience in IT Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle
- Experience with MS Power Platform and MS Dynamics
- Working experience in agile environment (SCRUM)
- Proficient in English
- Cooperative, team player
Would be beneficial:
- Fluent in German
- Experience with procurement processes
- Working experience with cloud environments
- Experience with test management / test automation
- PostgreSQL (might be potentially used in the future)
- Powershell (a couple of scripts are being used)
- German language (nice to have)
