WHAT WE OFFER

Our CFO (Chief Financial Officer) function manages the economic processes of our company. He is also responsible for legal issues and provides IT solutions for the entire Group. Our diverse team of dedicated employees is spread across multiple locations in all regions and supports the global IT system and application landscape for the Covestro HR function. Together as a team, we cover all aspects typically represented in IT: Business Demand Management, Application Development, and Operations and Maintenance. With this challenging work, we drive digitalisation in the Group.

• You actively participate in the Workday community and take care of monitoring the Workday roadmap for your area of responsibility

• You will work closely with Covestro IT&D subject matter experts and HR product owners to analyse business requirements and drive Workday adoption strategies

• You will manage small to medium sized projects with a pragmatic and holistic end-to-end view

• You will undertake the configuration of Workday as required to support HR business processes for time and attendance (absence management and time tracking) in line with established system change management processes

• Contributing to incidents/bug fixes as part of daily operational tasks is not a problem for you

• You are responsible for fulfilling all documentation requirements as well as developing and publishing relevant knowledge articles in HR Service4You (internal knowledge platform)

• You are also responsible for all time management testing procedures and the provision of HCM time management knowledge to the HR community

• Working with HR product and process owners to provide guidance on the smooth execution of annual time management processes globally via Workday or other digital solutions completes your job profile

WHAT YOU OFFER

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on information technology, business informatics or a comparable discipline

• You have several years of experience in the field of time management, as well as experience as a Workday Time Management Consultant paired with a "Time Management Workday" certification

• You have strong consulting and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of absenteeism, time tracking and Workday Core HCM

• You bring knowledge of security and reporting and have the ability to effectively and actively participate in multiple projects of varying sizes

• A strong solution orientation and a strong ability to work in a global team come naturally to you

• Business fluent English and German as well as experience with project management methods (SDLC, Agile) complete your profile
