WHAT WE OFFER
Our CFO (Chief Financial Officer) function manages the economic processes of our company. He is also responsible for legal issues and provides IT solutions for the entire Group. Our diverse team of dedicated employees is spread across multiple locations in all regions and supports the global IT system and application landscape for the Covestro HR function. Together as a team, we cover all aspects typically represented in IT: Business Demand Management, Application Development, and Operations and Maintenance. With this challenging work, we drive digitalisation in the group.
You actively participate in the Workday community and take care of monitoring the Workday roadmap for your area of responsibility
You will work closely with our IT&D subject matter experts and HR product owners and take care of analysing business requirements and driving Workday strategies
You will take on various projects with an end-to-end view and take care of the configuration of Workday to support the HR business processes for compensation
Contributing to incidents/bug fixes as part of daily operational tasks is not a problem for you
You are responsible for the documentation of the systems in your area of responsibility as well as for our knowledge articles in HR Service4You
You will lead test procedures and release management in the HCM compensation area. Furthermore, the guarantee of internal controls rounds off your task profile
WHAT YOU OFFER
You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on information technology, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
You have several years of experience in the compensation management support landscape paired with a "Workday Compensation" certification
You have strong consulting and communication skills and have excellent knowledge of core and front-end compensation and Workday Core HCM
Reporting skills, the ability to work on multiple projects of varying sizes, and experience with project management methodologies (SDLC, Agile) are what you bring to the table
Business fluent English and German, as well as solution orientation and global team skills complete your profile
