Tasks
Within our department, we are the main driver of business process management. We are responsible for the software and the entire technical setup and maintenance. We define the overall project planning, coordinate and prioritize the needs of our customers within the organization. We act as a link between the company and our stakeholders. This enables us to ensure that both the business and strategic aspects are taken into account.
The central task of the Process Analytics department is to ensure the long-term success of DACHSER through process/data mining, optimization and automation.
- You are responsible for the definition and creation of analyses, dashboards and KPIs for the defined use cases
- You translate data into actionable business insights
- You drive the technical implementation and provide ongoing technical support
- You organize and actively support the development of the required infrastructure
- You import and transform the data into the application for further analysis
- You set up automations in the application to support the business
- You create machine learning models for predictions within the application
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor's degree in business informatics or logistics with a focus on process optimization
- You are comfortable working with SQL
- You have initial experience in the field of process mining
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and processes
- You want to make life easier for your colleagues through automation and process insights
- You have a good analytical understanding and the ability to think outside the box
- You are a strong communicator in German and English
