Lead, plan and execute MDT Domestic product projects after QG9 to SOP and incl. series change management.
Achieve Fuso customer / quality, technical / functional, localization / commercial and timing targets.
Execute the cross functional issues of the Fuso Product Projects.
Lead and coordinate all cross-functional issues in Fuso matrix-organization and secure support from DAG / DICV.
Integrate all cross functional areas for a successful planning and execution.
Cross cultural interaction to ensure networkability of Fuso products.

Vehicle planning and implementation.
Lead project for MDT after QG9 and series change projects.
Ramp-up management and series readiness. Definition of project scope and content according to project objectives of QG9 spec book.
Selection and building of team. Planning of QG-milestones, funding requirements, budget and capacity needs. Compilation of project documents according to project progress.
Planning and steering according to CVDS philosophy in adaption to local needs.
Continous project tracking, risk management.
Continous creation of cost reduction ideas and ensuring implementation.
Lead change management hands on ICM CR.
Ensure supplier integration into Project according to project objectives.
Monitoring of product cost and intitation of countermeasures in case of deviation.

Communication and documentation:
Conduct contract, information and communication management.
Preparation of Board approvals in Fuso and Daimler Truck.
Continous reporting according to reporting standards. Initiate project documentation

Cost reduction and series change projects :
Lead and support TMC activities. Support TMC activities. Tracking and checking target vehicle cost regularly.

Leadership:
Leading, guiding, moivating and developing direct reporting employees according to company values and strategy via target agrements.
Ensure internal communication.
Qualification of employees according to personal and project needs.
Support target fulfillment.
Ensure communication and fulfillment of company and compliance standards.
Establish environment of cross cultural interaction and support.

- Management of resources according to project plan
- Integration of line functions, external service providers and suppliers

Relevant academic degree (Engineering, Business Administration or similar)
Competency Working experience in Project Management in an automotive company or related industry; Knowledge in truck development, architecture and integration;
Computer skill MS Office, cPlace
Language Business level in English; Japanese skills are more than N3 level
