Title: TA/LPM - Staff of Segment and Product management

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

As a Product Manager for both Domestic and Export markets,

· Industrial Segmentation: Define, Conceptualize and Direct the upcoming industrial trends and requirements in-line to the product offering in Constructions, Mining, Council, Long Hauls & Special trucks. Detail out market analysis and identify potential opportunities for growth by identifying key industry based customers by customer profiling/shadowing.

· Product Management w. Markets: Propose, Plan and Realize the most competitive global Heavy and Medium Duty Truck (HDT & MDT) portfolio based on customer requirements and market needs. Internal coordination with teams from Regional Product Management, Market Management, Pricing and Customer services to ensure deliverables to the markets including sales argumentation, manuals for effectives sales.

· Product Management w. HQ: Ensure the product line up are developed, implemented and launched up-to-date in terms of technology and value proposition for new/existing products. Internal coordination with teams from Project/Series Management, R&D and Controlling to ensure the product implementation to the markets and serve as product leads from Marketing & Sales perspective.

· Body Applications Management: Coordinate and ensure body applications are up-to-date in terms of availability to the customers and manage requirements through teams from Body Builder consolidation, R&D and Regional Marketing.

· Become a brand ambassador for our products through regular visits to our markets during the entire life cycle of our products and participate in customer events to understand their voice towards our products and services.

· Ability to enable communication within internal/external stakeholders and influence the network through effective product managing and has positive, structured and drive to change & improve mindset.

Qualifications

· University degree or Equivalent

· MS office, Presentation/Excel skill

· Business fluency in English, Japanese fluency as added advantage

· Automotive knowledge, project management and market research & act as global marketing player
