• Development Service Product portfolio and sales planning
• New CSP business/parts package development & market launch
• Marketing activity implementation


Service Contract business development
• Service Contract development and new product launch including digital coupon
• Costing & Pricing strategy set-up, and yearly product pricing
• Establish sales & reimbursement policy & process
• Market research for competitors’AS product
• Marketing communication and sales argumentation development


Service Contract KPI management
• Develop best sales argumentation, sales process and training material to providing coaching & training
• Monitor and control service contract damage codes to early recognize any abuse on repair and maintenance to maximize efficient budget (provision) utilization
• Coordinate and control all activities of the claim process at retail including warranty inspection center activity


Claim processing
• Proper and accurate Service contract processing on the base of warranty & goodwill Policy and guideline
• Apply prompt action to daily processing in case that missing, incorrect or abused claims are found
• Adapt and go-live newly introduced system to local operation in time


Service contract audit & reporting
• Monitor & analyze development of service contract and create utilization management report on a regular basis
• Plan and implement audit in order to ensure integrity and compliance based on service contact policy and guideline


MB Service card point management
• MB service card issue and point credit management


Technical accessory promotion
• Technical accessory development and promotion

Minumum Bachelor’s degree in automobile related major or business administration

Experience
Min. 5years of experience in marketing communication, business management or automobile industry preferable
Knowledge of Truck aftersales market
Knowledge of Truck service center operation and its process

Specific knowledge
Excellent communication skill in both Korean and English
Basic understanding of financial analysis
Excellent customer management skill

Education
