The department of the IT Miles 2 Market is looking for a Deputy Product Owner – ODM within the Output and Document Management (ODM) Team in the IT CoC Support Applications in Stuttgart.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Functioning as the deputy of the Product Owner of ODM, you closely collaborate and support the Product Owner of the IT ODM team and also collaborate with the Topic Owner of the BU ODM Team
  • Experienced in Flexible Methodology, with a background in supporting the ODM Product Team by managing user stories, maintaining the product backlog, and handling defects and change requests
  • Assists the PO ODM in creating implementation specifications for document templates intended for the external ODM vendor
  • Close coordination and collaboration on document requirements with the run and project markets of the ODM team
  • Close coordination and collaboration on ODM with the technical teams of other business processes within Miles
  • Supporting in the data mapping requirements for the interface (web service/XML) between the Miles and Kofax systems
  • Understanding and maintaining the configurations in Miles from an ODM perspective
  • Testing of the new ODM documents in Miles using the market-specific business process in Miles

  • Sucessfully completed academic degree informatics, computer science or comparable fields
  • Worked as a Product Owner or Deputy Product Owner with several years of hands-on experience
  • Supported the product development team in building products in a Flexible Scrum environment as a Product Owner or a Deputy Product Owner
  • Hands-on experience in working within a product development team, and supported the sprint planning, estimates, prioritization, and sprint lifecycles
  • A keen interest in learning and understanding new software tools
  • Some experience in programming in programming languages such as Python or Java would be desired but not mandatory
  • Some knowledge of Operating Systems such as Linux, Windows is desired but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Tools, Confluence and Jira desired
  • Ability to communicate well across in a diverse and international environment in English
  • Ability to work well with a diverse team in an international environment
