Your impact and responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Product Lifecycle Manager, based at our Mulgrave head office. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of DTFSAu finance products across Australia and New Zealand, driving innovation from concept to launch. You’ll also champion digital engagement, support dealer success through tailored training and communication, and help shape retention strategies—all while ensuring alignment with our corporate standards and integrity policies.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of DTFSAu finance products, including Guaranteed Buy Back and Fast Track.

  • Collaborate with global DTFS markets to identify and implement innovative product initiatives locally.

  • Manage the residual value process and maintain residual value matrices, including point of sale system testing and updates.

  • Partner with Marketing to create impactful product assets and drive digital engagement.

  • Oversee customer retention strategies, reporting, and dealer follow-ups to enhance loyalty and outcomes.

  • Design and deliver training programs for DTFSAu staff and dealer networks, including onboarding and compliance.

  • Build strong relationships with supported CV Brands and align DTFSAu offerings with brand objectives.

  • Manage DTFS presence across social media and web platforms, monitor competitor activity, and share insights.

  • Coordinate dealer communications, including bulletins and updates, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

What we are looking for:

You bring exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and a passion for driving operational efficiency. With solid experience in sales or marketing, you’ll have a strong understanding of commercial vehicle finance and the ability to apply strategic marketing principles to business needs. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with sound knowledge of financial services products, legal compliance, and privacy laws. A tertiary qualification is preferred.
