We need you: District manager of Digital Services and CSP key account manager, San Fernando de Henares (m/f/d)

At Daimler Truck Spain, we want to hire someone to help promote our digital services in the After‑Sales area. This person will train, advise, and support our network and customers in using telematics solutions. They will also build customer relationships and support workshops in their after‑sales activities. Tasks and functions:

Digitalization:

  • Training, consulting, and support for the network and customers on digital service solutions.

  • Communication with HQ departments responsible for digital services.

  • Management of digital service platforms (MyTruckPoint).

KAM:

  • Developing commercial relationships with customers to sell spare parts and after‑sales services.

  • Support in solving problems and incidents with customers in collaboration with different areas: spare parts, S24h, warranty, technical, etc.

  • Coordination and support for the kam@retail activities.

  • Support for dealers and authorized workshops in their relationship with fleet customers.

  • University degree in BA, Engineering, or similar and/or experience in after‑sales and digital services.

  • Knowledge of the Daimler Truck sales and after‑sales dealer network.

  • Strong negotiation, customer relations, and conflict‑resolution skills

  • Customer-oriented

  • Teamwork skills.

  • Motivated by new challenges and continuous learning

  • Availability to travel

  • UE permission is required

The profile we are looking for:
