What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 8-9 years' experience in Communications, including at least three to four years in an internal communications role.
- Proven experience working within a multinational corporation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft both strategic campaigns and day-to-day updates.
- Experience providing professional advice and counsel to senior executive levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media, digital content, and asset production.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to support organization’s priorities.
- Developing systems to identify communication needs of various employee segments; Creating and sustaining internal communication media like intranet, mailers, newsletter, blogs, chats, town halls, web casts, videos to maintain and enhance employer branding within the organization.
- Aligning with HR team to create key messages, presentations, Q&As and other documents for different campaigns to convey company’s strategy and ensure consistent, coherent cascade of information across the defined groups in the organization.
- Lead the creation of engaging campaigns that reinforce brand messaging to enhance employee engagement
- Manage large-scale events, including town halls, and leadership summits, both in-person and virtual.
- Developing high quality and consistent communications across functions ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness.
