We are seeking a PMO Analyst/Coordinator to join our TF/EI-C department and contribute to the success of the UNNATI program. This program is integral to our Aspiration 2030, aiming to achieve profitable growth through strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with the Program Manager PMO, providing structured data preparation, creating steering documents, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinating sprints, maintaining initiative trackers, and risk trackers across the program’s pillars and work packages.

The role enables disciplined program reviews and decision‑making through accurate data, timely inputs, and strong execution hygiene, under close guidance from PMO leadership.

Program Coordination:

  • Partner with business PMOs and finance controller across functions to support PMO cadence meetings on the initiatives within work‑packages, through preparation of inputs.
  • Track actions and outcomes and support timely closure and follow-up with escalation through PMO.

Ensure consistent adoption of standard PMO templates, processes, and reporting.

Governance & Systems:

  • Maintain core governance artifacts (status, decision/action logs, and change updates). Ensure accuracy and consistency of program data across plans, dashboards, and reports.
  • Own and continuously improve the digital initiative tracking system, including automated workflows and dashboards.
  • Ensure high data accuracy through structured checks and validation before dashboards or reports are finalised.
  • Maintain consistency between initiative tracker data, dashboards, and presentation material as well as flag any inconsistencies for corrective action.

KPI and Target support:

  • Support definition and maintenance of KPIs and YoY targets across Unnati pillars and work packages.
  • Maintain KPI definitions, assumptions, and documentation in line with PMO and Controlling guidance.

Sprint / Review Coordination:

  • Support weekly sprint /discussions for assigned work packages.
  • Prepare structured sprint inputs (status, risks, next milestones).
  • Track sprint actions, owners, and timelines and follow up for closure.
  • Track agreed mitigation actions and status for identified risks, escalate delays or deviations through PMO.

Stakeholder engagement:

  • Support structured communication on program progress, achievements, ensuring transparency and engagement.
  • Prepare inputs for escalation through defined PMO and governance forums.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and data gaps across work packages and highlight them timely/early to PMO leadership.

  • Engineering / Commerce graduate. MBA, PMP (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in Program Management/PMO support, business analytics, finance support, or similar structured roles
  • Strong Excel, Power BI, MS Power Platform capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI. MS Power Platform (preferred)
  • Engineering / Commerce graduate. MBA, PMP (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in Program Management/PMO support, business analytics, finance support, or similar structured roles
