Job Description

As the Country Manager - ANZ you will be in the driver's seat of creating and delivering the strategy for the overall stability and scalability of TabSquare’s footprint as the leading player in the restaurant technology ecosystem. To succeed, you need to possess a blend of strong leadership, clear vision setting and an ability to drive execution of the strategy for the ANZ market.

Responsibilities:

  • Full Profit and Loss responsibility and accountability for the Australia & New Zealand business

  • Develop and implement business strategy for Australia & New Zealand and coordinate the overall corporate strategy with other teams such as local operations, human resource management, finance, marketing, product etc.

  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies to drive the team towards their KPI achievement.

  • Drive commercial go-to-market strategy for local business to identify new business opportunities to encourage further commercial success

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, with strong and fruitful relationships

  • Deliver projects and solutions on time and on specification, and in compliance with all local laws and regulations

  • Work with regional team to leverage expertise and resources, and where appropriate, replicate successful business models and best practices from the region

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Full Profit and Loss responsibility and accountability for the country/ Region

  • 10-15 years of experience leading and building high growth teams in a leadership role

  • Experience in enterprise sales, accounts or operations within B2B SaaS Industry

  • Strong connections with direct brands specifically within the F&B industry is preferred

  • Preference for candidates who have experience of scaling start-ups / mid-sized tech or product-based companies

  • Experience in driving commercial go-to-market strategy for local business to identify new business opportunities to encourage further commercial success.

  • Scalability, reliability, and sustainability should be in your DNA while prioritising and juggling among several urgent priorities.

  • Experience in using Sales tools - CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Persistence and resilience, Ability to handle pressure

  • Ability to motivate teams through good and tough times

  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively to various stakeholders, and influence them in taking decisions that drive overall country objectives.

  • Current Driver’s License is required
