Your work-life opportunity:
As the CPO of Talabat, you will define the long-term strategic vision for the Middle East's leading
food delivery and Q-commerce platform, achieving close to $10B in GMV in 2025. You will lead
an organization of ~100 professionals across Product Management, Design, and Operations,
and ~500 across engineering departments overseeing a product that delivers 2 million orders
daily across 8 countries.
We are looking for a visionary leader who can drive talabat toward a more innovative and agile
organization, building dedicated "0 to 1" product innovation labs to explore new business hubs
while scaling our core market leadership.

What You Will Do :
Strategic Vision & Growth
● Drive the product strategy for a $10B GMV ecosystem, shaping the right AI native
approach to multi verticality
● Define "moonshot" objectives that change the game, setting the agenda for strategic
growth and long-term viability.
● Act as a growth catalyst, translating Board strategy into actionable priorities
(OKRs/KPIs) and arbitrating resource conflicts to maximize impact.
0-to-1 Innovation & Execution
● Institutionalize Disruption: You won't just launch features; you will build the "Talabat
Labs" engine, with dedicated resources to launch standalone verticals that could one day
rival our core food business.
● Design structures for speed, enabling rapid experimentation at scale and driving
decision-making in the face of uncertainty and constant evolution.
Executive Stewardship & Culture
● Global Impact: As the leader of Delivery Hero’s largest entity, you will serve as a key
voice in the global product council, exporting MENA’s innovations to markets in Europe,
Asia, and Latin America
● Ensure psychological safety, ensuring all voices within the broader 500-person tech and
product organization have the potential to influence strategy.
● Communicate a positive vision, acting as a catalyst for organizational energy, leading
the changes that will shape our future

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience Required
● 15+ years of product leadership with experience in a global, product-first organization,
with a proven track record in a global marketplace or high-scale food tech company.
● Demonstrated Entrepreneurial Success, specifically the proven ability to build and scale
"0 to 1" products within a large-scale corporate environment.
● Exceptional Leadership Depth, including extensive experience managing senior "leaders
of leaders" (M3 level) across multi-country footprints.
● Proven Technical Acumen, capable of partnering with engineering to drive the evolution
of machine learning and GenAI initiatives.
● Strategic Business Sense, with experience managing P&L and aligning product
roadmaps with aggressive revenue and growth targets.
