Job Description

If you are longing for a flexible job opportunity where your tasks are as mixed as a buffet - then this is what you've been waiting for! Our pink office in Stockholm needs a superhero who enjoys crossing stuff from the list while spreading their energy as a key person to the office team. This is a part time position of 20 hours per week.

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

• Be the core person who makes the office run smoothly and manage different ad hoc tasks such as correcting key tags or finding out why the coffee machine doesn’t work.

• Be a contact person towards many suppliers, maintenance persons etc.

• Place and receive orders of office supplies, coffee, breakfast and other important items.

• Independent - This is a position where we expect you take your own decisions and initiatives

• Solution oriented- You don’t dwell on why something shouldn’t have happened, instead you focus on what can be done to solve the issue!

• Serviceminded - The right attitude combined with a proactive mindset is the key to success.

• Prestigeless - Making sure that the office is tidy is as important as the receipts are sent in on time, and you have an easy time switching focus when needed.

• Relationship builder - You love to create new relationships with both new colleagues and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are currently studying with at least one year left on your studies.

• You have previous experience from the service industry such as from a restaurant or café

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• You have a B driving license

Start date: As agreed upon
