Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Manager, Retail Media & Partnerships to accelerate foodpanda’s retail media growth across media agencies and key brands. This role will focus on driving advertising revenue by building strategic partnerships with leading media agencies and focus advertisers, securing annual trade investments, and positioning foodpanda as a key retail media platform in Singapore.

What is on your plate?

  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with key media agencies and priority brand teams to grow ad revenue across foodpanda’s in-app and digital channels.
  • Own and actively manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead annual trade negotiations with agencies and clients to secure committed media investments and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify growth opportunities across key advertiser verticals (Financial Instituations, Tech and Telco, Travel, E-Commerce etc.) and translate them into scalable media solutions.
  • Conduct retail media workshops and joint business planning sessions with agencies and brand marketers to showcase foodpanda’s data, audience capabilities, and full-funnel advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with ad operations, marketing, data, and product teams to design, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to agencies and brands on retail media strategy, shopper marketing trends, and performance-driven digital investments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively provide insights, post-campaign analysis, and upsell opportunities to increase share of wallet.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, retail media, or agency partnerships within eCommerce, media, or tech.
  • Strong track record of selling digital media and shopper marketing solutions to brands and/or media agencies in Singapore.
  • Experience handling both business development (hunting) and account management (farming).
  • Deep understanding of marketing cycles and media agency buying processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into commercially compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with media planning tools and ad platforms; SQL or analytics proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
