Deutsche Bank has an ambitious goal of transforming the investment market as we know it with a fresh digital offering. The project is one of the bank's key growth initiatives and relies on an innovative combination of mobile-first approach and professional investment management. To shape the initiative in its early stages, we are currently looking for key talent, who will be responsible for laying the foundation for the team's timely ramp-up and the solution's long-term success. Your key responsibilities
Proactively develop and evaluate business requirements in cooperation with different Business Units
Design and develop new functionality in Java, NodeJs or Kotlin
Work with the business and BAs on functional and non-functional requirements
Design and setup test automation approaches from scratch and improve existing processes/approaches together with QA team
Investigate and fix production incidents, drive stability and monitoring improvements
Design and implement subsystems and intersystem protocols, contribute to the longer-term platform architectural vision
Your skills and experiences
In-depth work experience and excellent knowledge of Java or NodeJs – and Kotlin as a nice to have
Experience with at least one cloud platform provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform
Proven track record in high-load distributed system design and fault tolerant applications
Excellent knowledge of algorithms, complexity, data structures
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, good knowledge of Linux and Docker
Knowledge in designing and implementing high availability solutions / microservices
Experience with SDLC tools - Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Github
