Deine Aufgaben

• Implementierung nutzerorientierter, skalierbarer und wartbarer technischer Lösungen für neue und unsere bestehenden Banking-Apps unter Verwendung einer modularen Architektur

• Sicherstellung von Codequalität und Wiederverwendbarkeit sowie kontinuierliche Teilnahme an Code-Reviews

• Du gibst die technische Richtung vor, treibst die Systemarchitektur voran, bist Vorreiter bei den Best Practices und beeinflusst andere Entwickler

• Kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX / UI Designern, QA und Security specialists in einer agilen Arbeitsumgebung

• Teilnahme an Developer Guilds zum Wissensaustausch mit dem Team

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Natives iOS-Entwicklung (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, RxSwift/Combine) sowie in objektorientierter Programmierung, Software-Architektur und Design-Patterns

• Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du triffst zusammen mit Deinem Team (bzw. iOS Chapter) technische Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Architektur und Implementierung

• Du bildest dich regelmäßig weiter und bringst Deine Ideen und neuen Erkenntnisse ins Team ein. Du bist mutig und offen für Neues, Du teilst gerne Deine Kenntnisse und Deine Begeisterung

• Du arbeitest eng mit den cross-funktionalen Teammitgliedern wie UI/UX, QA, PO und SM in eine agilen Arbeitsumgebung

• Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Arbeit unseren und Deinen Standards der Softwareentwicklung gerecht wird und den Best Practices folgt

• Unit Tests, Clean code, GIT, Jira, CI/CD sind keine fremden Wörter für dich

• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der iOS Entwicklung mit und hast schon praktische Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung verschiedener Projekte in einem (agilen) Entwicklungsteam gesammelt. Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

The project is one of the bank's key growth initiatives and relies on an innovative combination of mobile-first approach and professional investment management. Job Description

• Implement user centric, scalable and maintainable technical solutions for new and our existing native banking apps using a modular Architecture

• Ensure top performance, code quality, reusability and continuously participate in code reviews

• Provide technical direction, drive system architecture, spearhead the best practices and influence fellow developers

• Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX / UI designers, QA and security specialists in an agile work environment.

• Participate in developer guilds and enjoy learning/sharing knowledge with the team

Your Skills

• You have very good knowledge in native iOS development (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, RxSwift/Combine) as well as in object-oriented programming, software architecture and design patterns

• The ability to work in a team, quality awareness and autonomous working is a matter of course for you. You make technical decisions regarding architecture and implementation together with your team (or iOS chapter)

• You regularly educate yourself and bring your ideas and new insights into the team. You are courageous and open for new things, you like to share your knowledge and enthusiasm

• You work closely with cross-functional team members such as UI/UX, QA, PO and SM in an agile working environment

• You ensure that your work meets our and your software development standards and follows best practices

• Unit tests, clean code, GIT, Jira, CI/CD are not foreign words for you

• You have several years of professional experience in iOS development and have already gained practical experience in the implementation of various projects in an (agile) development team. You have a very good command of written and spoken English
