As the Mobile Tribe, we're responsible for the Private Bank's mobile app portfolio in the German market. Within our tribe, we're looking to establish a new squad to further strengthen our capabilities in the cards space. As such, the team will be working to take our mobile white-label platform to the next level, by enhancing our capabilities surrounding credit and debit cards, and by further transforming our code base for both stand-alone app and app-in-app integration scenarios. Current flagship projects in our space include e.g. the payment solution for Eintracht Frankfurt and the mobile app solution for the Miles&More Credit Card
As a Senior Business Functional Analyst you will be responsible to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage the real needs of the stakeholders, including customers and end users.

Your key responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with business users, technicians, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and developers.
Your skills and experiences
Multiple years of experience as a business analyst in the banking area or a related field, preferably experience with Mobile App solutions.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good documentation skills including process modelling and functional breakdown.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
Business fluent German and English required.
