In the Capital Markets CF-Core technology team, you will be contributing to the design anddevelopment of a new application used by our O&A desk. We seek an enthusiastic and pro-activefront-end developer to help design and build a new solution. An interested candidate should have experience in producing quality and stable code following agile principles (TDD, pair programming, TBD). The candidate must keep abreast of new technologies, with an eagerness to learn, pair, mentor and coach in a collaborative team.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be playing a key role in a team, responsible for all steps of bringing high-quality code to the project: We are looking for engineers with strong design and coding skills, team players, motivated and self-driven. People with passion form software engineering and the ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design & develop high-quality solutions for front-office using Agile principles
  • An advocate of Test Driven Development (TDD), pair/mob programming, iterative
  • development
  • Write robust, well tested, secure software.
  • Keen to work in an open culture with focus around learning, pairing and sustainable code test driven code
  • Automation of delivery pipelines. Systems are always ready to deploy
  • Continuous improvement on process, XP tools and techniques

Your skills and experiences

  • Experienced frontend development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS
  • Experience with testing react projects using Jest/React Testing Library and Cypress
  • An advocate of Test Driven Development (TDD), pair/mob programming, iterative development.
  • Have DevOps knowledge: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Container based deployment, e.g. OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • History of working in collaborative team environments with good skills in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Java, API frameworks and Oracle will be a plus
