Role Description

As a project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will plan, manage stakeholders and resources, monitor, report and documents the projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Your skills and experience

• Experience as a project manager and Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
