Position Description

The CitDev Consultant/Product Manager provide’s end to end on-boarding support for of all the divisional teams looking to automate their processes using RPA COE platforms.

Your key responsibilities

• Candidate is responsible for guiding RPA project teams on RPA SDLC process and govenrnace requirement.
• Candidate is responsible for RPA CoE Code reviews.
• Candidate need to work closely with different teams for formulation of policies and procedure related to RPA like DCRO, Compliance, CISO, SDLC Governance etc.
• Candidate will be responsible for providing platform updates and circulation of other key platform information to all the stakeholders on regular basis. Candidatewill be responsible to manage any audit requirements and findings.
• The person will also be responsible to support the training design, set-up and fascitilation across the organization.

Your skills and experience

General Skills

• Graduate Degree from an university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
• Experienced in any CitDev Tool (BluerPrism\UiPath\MPP\Kore.AI\Vertex AI, Gemini\ChatBots)
• Strong understanding of SDLC Concepts
• Knowledge on Information Security Concepts around RPA
• Delivery focused & able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• A team player and excellent collaborator
• Effective stakeholder engagement
• Very good English language skills

Domain specific Skills

• General understanding of RPA
• Experienced in ÍT industry
