Job Title- Information Security Analyst

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

This role is a part of the End User Asset Governance team within End User Compute area. This team manages End User Device Lifecycle governance in ServiceNow CMDB, Is responsible for remediation of Audit/regulatory points for end user devices, manages standalone computer control process, security incident management for missing and lost devices, govern and implement end user asset management procedure globally and own network access control process for all end user devices. This role plays a crucial part in maintenance of day to day operations. Plan, direct or coordinate quality operations and maintain quality control procedure on policy portal. Also work to improve organization's efficiency and profitability. Along with Quality candidate should be responsible for finding automation opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and Manage CMDB in ServiceNow for global end user devices.
  • Ensure Data Quality of CMDB.
  • Use SQL, Powershell scripting and Powerapps to automate day to day tasks.
  • Conduct recertification of global end user devices.
  • Documentation policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis and Global Reporting.
  • Conduct weekly meetings and coordination with global customer service leads.
  • Coordinate with different support and development/engineering teams for on-going issues.
  • Incident management for missing asset tracking.
  • End user asset lifecycle governance.
  • Risk governance to ensure controls are put in place for audit and Self-Identified Issues remediation.
  • End to end management of Network access control process for end user devices.

Your skills and experience

  • 5-9 years of total work experience.
  • 3+ year experience in Service Operations or L2 Support or Customer/Local Services.
  • IT Asset Management in Servicenow, SAP BI reporting, Data Analysis.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Information Security will be an added advantage.
  • Profound analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in managing relationships across multiple disciplines, cultures and time zones.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel2007, MS Word and PowerPoint is required.
  • Knowledge of the industry standard tools like Service Now will be an added advantage.

Education / Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate is needed.
  • Preferred if possesses Servicenow foundation certification.
  • Good to have SQL/Database/PowerShell scripting/VB Scripting/SCCM or Intune knowledge
  • Good to have Information Security knowledge
