Your key responsibilities

• Prioritise delivery and work within Hybrid cloud teams of Cloud Platform Architects and Engineers, to continuously enable and industrialise access to GCP services, Managed and SaaS Products.

• Triage and then fulfil customer demand for Hybrid Cloud Products by: Determining customer demand requirements and engaging with customers, vendors, and engineering teams.

• Market and promote DB Cloud Products at forums and events, also moderate and encourage Cloud Product Communities to develop standards and resolve matters of concern.

• Collaborate with product SMEs to determine the cloud capabilities and product strategy required by the business, governance and compliance.

• Collaborate with central product management to align the hybrid cloud product framework and portfolio.

Your skills and experiences

• Ability to engage technical stakeholders across the business.

• Experience of areas such as lifecycle management & technical roadmaps.

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience working with Agile delivery, evolving and streamlining processes.

• Great interpersonal and customer management skills, you will be able to understand stakeholder needs and improve the Landing Zone cloud platform and service offerings to meet these.
