Job Description:
DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.
The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals who work in an international environment, learning new technologies as part of Deutsche Bank’s businesses.

Responsibilities:
Translate business objectives and user needs into functional, navigation, and user interaction requirements and design patterns
Collaborate with project management, quality assurance and business analysis functions to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Work in teams following agile development practices
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and application maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Own the full development lifecycle, including the delivery of quality technical materials for each project.
Work together with off-shore vendor resources and development activities.
Work with remote client resources.
Learn new technologies and languages.
Support the business during the testing phase of projects and later on during production.
Skills:
Proven WEB experience
Demonstrable UI design skills, preferably with own strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and application maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Familiarity with Axure and iRise (nice to have)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
