The Customer Experience Scheduling team at Lufthansa Systems is looking for a Product Delivery Manager (m/f/diverse). You will deliver services to our large and growing customer base comprising the following major tasks:

  • Being accountable for a smooth operation for assigned services, products and customers
  • Manage entire customer communication professionally
  • Act as liaison between the customer using the NetLine product, related products, development and sales teams
  • Steer all stakeholders and manage providers to solve customer needs
  • Manage complex change- and service requests in cooperation with the customer and relevant specialist departments including requirement analysis, cost estimation, communication, price negotiation, testing and rollout
  • Coordinate and support incident management as well as independently fulfil planning, execution and documentation of change- and service requests
  • Perform product training sessions
  • Support and participate in solution and service implementation projects

Our culture

You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. information technology) with at least 2 years of professional experience
working at an airline or IT solution provider or a similar service-oriented company with airline focus and bring the following skills:

  • Ability to work/configure complex IT products (advantage: Linux skills) and to interact with technically oriented teams
  • Very good knowledge and experience in IT application customer service and IT application operation
  • Communication/negotiation skills, assertiveness and a strong service and customer orientation
  • High level of self-motivation, commitment, flexibility, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business-driven customer needs to functional and technical application configuration and consultation
  • Strong in problem analysis and solving
  • Confidence in appearance and ability to represent the company internally and externally
  • Excellent oral and written communications and didactic training skills in English (advantage: German)
  • Willingness to travel
