You will manage individual customer projects as well as our products in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.
- Conception, design, and implementation of cloud infrastructure for the operation (MLOps) of Machine Learning and AI models (with a focus on LLM-based applications).
- Integration of various front-end and back-end technologies with ML frameworks via APIs.
- Operationalization of "proof-of-concepts," as well as further development, optimization, and operation of applications in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.
- Independent execution of projects in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.

- University Degree in IT or other related fields;
- Previous relevant professional experience in the field of IT;
- Confident use of common machine learning and AI tools in Python, as well as cloud-based ML and LLM frameworks (e.g. Databricks, Azure Fabric, Haystack, etc.);
- Agile methodologies knowledge & experience;
- Very good knowledge of ML/AI methods and the required infrastructure for containerization, deployment and operation (Docker, Kubernetes, mlflow, vector databases, etc.)Strong consulting skills, flexibility and communication skills at all levels;
- Professional experience as a developer (frontend, backend or full stack) in machine learning projects;
- Full professional competence Business English;
- Willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
