As Project Leader, you initiate, analyze, and develop projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Ensure coordination between second and third level support and provide third level support for Passenger Service IT systems in collaboration with providers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for Application Operations at SWISS for IT systems shared with or supported by SWISS for Edelweiss IT
- Leading various kinds of IT changes and projects
- Development of strategies and solutions for business processes in cooperation with the relevant business unit and IT management
- Gather business requirements, create IT documents and transfer them into IT solutions in alignment with IT Security and IT Architecture teams
- Create test concepts and test cases and make sure they are used in testing
- Manage and control IT related invoices towards Edelweiss

- University or college degree or similar education preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experience in the Airline IT industry, particularly with any Passenger Reservation system is mandatory
- Solid experience in IT Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, and Project Management
- Curious to analyze and challenge existing system behaviors and seek continuous improvements
- Proven experience in working within an Agile environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communications skills on all levels (up / down / peers / cross team)
- High commitment and dedication
- You can communicate with senior stakeholders and focus on outcomes & deliverables
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
