- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish clear design objectives, align product requirements with design goals, and establish realistic project timelines
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency
- Act as a design evangelist, promoting the value of HCD principles throughout the organization, and fostering a design-driven culture
- Incorporate aviation regulatory requirements into our design practices
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices, and provide guidance on how to incorporate them in our org

- BSc/MSc degree in design, usability engineering, or other relevant fields, or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in design, with a proven track record of leading (remote) design teams and delivering exceptional design solutions in fast moving environments
- Demonstrated promotion of a user-centered design process and collaboration with product managers/owners, stakeholders, and developers
- Experienced in building design systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
- Swiss or EU national or a holder of a Swiss working permit
