What you’ll do
- Work closely with our teams and stakeholders to ensure that our digital products run seamlessly with Airline Operations
- Create a shared understanding of their needs/problems and conceptualize solutions
- Independently write user stories to build up a product backlog based on customer and business requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on OKRs and the product vision
- Back your ideas and decisions through A/B testing and data-driven insights
- Have lateral leadership of a squad and guide them to success by taking decisions collaboratively and continuously improving our way of working

What you’ll need
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
- In depth experience in developing both app and web products
- An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods such as A/B testing and enthusiasm for digging into data
- Familiar working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog based on the requirements from the customer and from the vision
- Fluent business English skills. Other languages a plus
