- Communicate benefits of digital transformation and engage employees.
- Measure success of digitalization in terms of uptake and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth digital transformation.
- Manage digital product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Create and manage a pipeline of innovation ideas.
- Oversee the development and testing of PoCs.
- Collaborate with other departments to scale successful PoCs.
- Connect and integrate within the Lufthansa Group in regards to Innovation & Digital Adoption
- Establish a core collaboration team, consisting of the Data Adoption Product Owner and the Power Platform Product Owner, to drive digital uptake initiatives at SWISS.

- Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable education
- Strong communication skills
- Strong product management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in change management, communication, and employee training.
- Ability to identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts that could impact SWISS.
- Strong innovation processes (e.g., design thinking) and stakeholder management skills.
- Broad technical background
- Strong technical proficiency and training skills.
- Understanding of technical aspects of product development, such as APIs, system architecture, or AI/ML, to support innovation-driven decisions.
- Ability to evaluate the feasibility of innovative ideas in terms of development time, resources, and scalability.
- Experience in working with Agile frameworks
