Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate with Celonis: Design and implement cutting-edge Process Mining solutions to uncover insights and enhance data quality across our global business units.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with diverse teams to evaluate ideas, improve solutions, and prioritize projects that boost operational efficiency.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance our solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs and performance standards.
- Empower Users: Provide training and support to help end-users leverage Process Mining solutions, fostering a data-driven culture.
- Travel Opportunities: Engage in project deployments and training across Europe and beyond, collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2 years work experience in relevant field.
- Fluency in English and German language skills (B1+) or willingness to learn it.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Customer-Centric Dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and teams.
