Responsibilities
- To create value propositions to DHL’s solutions influencing customer stakeholders.
- To bring together various IT aspects of DHL’s offerings to create winning proposals and solutions that meets or exceeds customers’ requirements.
- To continually improve the pre-sales process to ensure efficiency and accuracy of solutions and models put forth.
- To support the business development team with all technical aspects of pursuits.
- To support O2D process to ensure proper compliance to governance of opportunity through to delivery.
- Continually engage internal and external customers to understand their new business requirements and future IT plan.
- Propose winning solutions by contributing innovative ideas to integrate with other DHL products/3rd party products to meet customers’ total end-to-end requirements.
- Ensure successful handover of solutions to project/product management.
- R&D, investment and the deployment of projects
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science or related
- Minimum 6 Years of experience in IT Solutions/ IT Sales
- Minimum 6 Years experience in Managing Customer Solutions, Commercials & Solutions
- Preference will be candidates with experience in IT Customer Solutions in Logistics and IT Product Owners
