We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Mumbai, India.

Job Purpose:

Manage eSourcing events for Procurement colleagues starting with the set-up phase in the eSourcing application, managing multiple bid rounds in the system and provide final analysis of the supplier bids. This includes support to suppliers using the eSourcing application and connecting suppliers and Procurement colleagues for content related clarifications. eSourcing events can be eAuction events as well.

Your tasks:

• Engage with sourcing managers execute eSourcing events in Jaggaer Sourcing+ (RFI, RFP, RFX, eAuctions)
• Understand Projects requirements and develop eSourcing Strategies
• Manage supplier queries related to access and processing of tender event
• Provide standard reports on tender results to sourcing manager
• Monitor tender event and keep sourcing manager informed to be advised upon required interventions
• 1st level helpdesk for functionality queries (raised by Procurement or Supplier) related to sourcing application

Your profile:

Education Level

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Mathematics
• Relevant Procurement and/or eSourcing expertise (optional)

Experience Level

• At least 3 years of work experience (preferably exposed to procurement related activities)
• Experience in working at the interchange of business processes and IT tools
• Full business proficiency in English and at least one of the further preferred foreign languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German)
