Job Description:

  1. Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
  2. Ensure the team's daily work activities are executed efficiently, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
  3. Monitor and track team performance, regularly reviewing KPIs and taking corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure seamless workflows and effective communication.
  5. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  6. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any challenges or concerns.
  7. Handle escalated customer issues or complaints, resolving them effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Collect and identify data trends and patterns to provide data‑driven decision support for management.
