Within LLP business (Lead Logistics Partner) we deliver 4PL (fourth parts logistic) services for our European and global customers. What will we do together?

  • Managing and developing a team of 30 Data Analysts and Value Creation Managers, including succession planning, coaching, and training programs,
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing optimization initiatives that generate savings and gain share, without negatively impacting customer service levels,
  • Owning the achievement of annual gain share targets and providing regular performance reporting,
  • Building, presenting, and defending business cases, while securing client approval and engagement,
  • Collaborating closely with Operations, Solution Design, Business Development, and IT teams throughout the entire project lifecycle,
  • Supporting key business processes, including Due Diligence, RFQs, and the development of Concepts of Operations,
  • Developing and standardizing processes and methodologies for Value Creation, including end-to-end lifecycle management,
  • Monitoring and reporting the outcomes of optimization initiatives, including sustainability-related results,
  • Designing, developing, and standardizing data analysis and KPI reporting processes,
  • Managing performance, compliance, audits, and corrective actions in accordance with applicable standards.

Who are we looking for?

  • Several years of experience in a similar role within the 4PL or Consulting,
  • Proven experience in team management and leading complex projects,
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Expertise in business process design and analysis,
  • Project management experience,
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills,
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to present compelling business cases,
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple business units around data initiatives,
  • Strong focus on value creation, identifying efficiencies, optimization opportunities, and new sources of business value through data,
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, data modeling, and process automation
  • Openness to business travel (less than 25%/year).
