About the role

As Value Creation Manager, you will identify and lead initiatives that generate tangible value for both our customers and DHL Supply Chain. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, analyzing end-to-end operations to unlock efficiencies, innovation, and sustainable growth across transport and distribution networks.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify, coordinate, and implement value creation opportunities across the customer’s supply chain.

• Build strong partnerships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor on operational improvement.

• Analyze customer operations to pinpoint process optimization and cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop and present innovative and competitive logistics solutions.

• Support the Head of Account in business reviews and customer presentations.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals in a consultative selling environment.

• Stay up to date with best practices within DHL Supply Chain and the logistics industry to enhance our solutions.

• Collaborate with the broader European LLP Solutions Design team on methodology, tools, and project delivery.

• Manage assigned projects to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, continuous improvement, or solution design roles.

• Proven experience with global supply chains and customer-facing environments.

• Strong project management and facilitation skills (workshops, due diligence, voice of the customer).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).

• Analytical and data-driven mindset with advanced Excel and Access skills; Power BI knowledge desirable.

• Ability to evaluate existing operations, identify improvement areas, and assess financial and operational impacts.

• Proficiency in developing professional presentations and visualizing data-driven solutions (PowerPoint).
