As an Agentic AI Development Principal Consultant, you will be at the forefront of transforming how thousands of engineers build, deploy, secure, and operate software at global scale.

You will lead the introduction and adoption of:

• AI-augmented DevSecOps practices embedded across the SDLC
• Internal Development Platforms (IDPs) tools, standards, and integration patterns enhanced with AI-native capabilities

Your work spans strategic thought hands-on evaluation of emerging technologies, shaping adoption frameworks, and guiding engineering teams through migration and transformation.

Which involves analysis, assessment, ROI calculation, writing business cases, rollout, migrations and adoption measurement assurance and much more.

Requirements:

• Proven track of records 12+ years of professional experience where at least 10+ years is in a Principal Consulting role or a similar position (central tools team, technical presales, product owner…), with a perfect understanding of application development process.
• Proven experience with vendor negotiation, cost management, and delivering workshops/training.
• Knowledge of related technologies such as programming, K8S and application monitoring.

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Technology & AI Evaluation — “What should our future look like?”

• Evaluate emerging technologies with a strong focus on AI-augmented DevSecOps, developer copilots, autonomous code remediation assistants, and AI-driven observability.
• Assess vendor solutions, open-source stacks, and alignment with enterprise-scale Platform Engineering principles.
• Perform deep-dive tool comparisons, architecture assessments, and landscape fit analysis.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into Internal Developer Platforms and DevSecOps processes.

1. Platform Engineering Integration — “How does this fit our ecosystem?”

• Define integration patterns for AI services within platform engineering layers (build systems, deployment pipelines, security automation, observability stacks).
• Influence standards for golden paths, self-service capabilities, infrastructure abstractions, and automated guardrails.
• Collaborate with central engineering teams to embed AI-driven automation into platform capabilities.

1. Business Case & ROI — “Is it worth the investment?”

• Produce detailed ROI, TCO, and benefit analyses for AI and DevSecOps investments.
• Build convincing business cases for adoption of automation, generative AI, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Represent the Platform Engineering Transformation Team in stakeholder discussions and steering boards.

1. Adoption, Rollout & Operating Model — “Make it real.”

• Drive enterprise-scale rollout of new tools, AI agents, and platform capabilities.
• Define Cost models, support design and Recharging models.
• Design training programs, communication strategies, and onboarding journeys for developers and engineering teams.
• Measure adoption success using clear KPIs, and feedback loops.

1. Leadership, Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a key influencer across global engineering communities.
• Engage with business units, vendors, and engineering teams.
• Facilitate workshops, technical deep dives, and platform evangelization activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and responsible AI adoption.

We require having proven track records in software consulting in development tools area or adoption projects. Experience with Software methodologies. Ability to analyze, communicate and deliver new things.
