We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our Data Quality & Governance initiatives across global stakeholders. This role focuses on improving the reliability, usability, and consistency of data used for business decision making.

• Work with global and regional stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Customs, and IT to understand data related challenges and requirements

• Facilitate structured discussions, present analysis and deep dives to clarify problem statements and priorities

• Ownership of projects/analysis work to drive towards completion

• Investigate data quality issues across datasets, reports, and processes

• Identify root causes of inaccurate, inconsistent, or unusable data

• Contribute to reducing data debt and simplifying existing data flows

• Use Power BI to perform exploratory and ad hoc analysis and to communicate insights

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support business needs

• Ensure data accuracy and quality across reports and KPIs

• Work with data stored in Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms

• Use SQL to validate data and support analysis

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, BI, or a related role

• Strong experience in business facing, stakeholder driven environments

• Mindset for ‘exploratory’ data analysis to identify business issues; conduct root-cause analysis

• Hands on experience with:

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly

• High level of organization, structured thinking, and follow through

• Comfortable working across functions and regions
