You will be part of the first-level system support team to the DHL Production Services unit to ensure maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our global first-line team. This role focuses on analysis, reporting, developing training plans, and ensuring their implementation across the global team. Additionally, you will contribute to small projects and help drive their success. A willingness to collaborate with a diverse, global team is essential.

Key Reasonability’s:
· Provide analytical and reporting support to enhance team performance and efficiency.
· Develop structured training plans and ensure their implementation across global teams.
· Assist in process improvements and documentation updates.
· Participate in small projects, ensuring effective contributions to their success.
· Collaborate with a great global team to enhance service quality and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
· Ability to use English communication on daily basis
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with Windows Server administration.
· High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Proficiency in reporting tools; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
· Willingness to work in a dynamic and diverse global team environment.
