Position: Ocean Freight Export Team Leader, Trade Lane

Location:
Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

• Manages and drives the performance of a team of OFR Export.
• Processes handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
• Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
• Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.
• Acts as subject matter expert for OFR Operations questions.
• Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.

Qualification: -

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of OFR Forwarding Business.
• Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Leadership skills.
• Can - Do attitude.
