We are now looking for a Training Compliance Manager to ensure the integrity of site systems with regard to EQMS, Training matrix and to lead the compliance agenda onsite, ensuring the operations team are compliant with all regulations and requirements. ✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ensure compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding Health & Safety, as well as operational compliance via the site's quality management system EQMS
• Regular process reviews of sites SOP's & WI's and lead GEMBA walks and identify process gaps/ required improvements.
• Maintain effective Training process, incorporating warehouse management systems & procedures to enhance accuracy and operational effectiveness
• Participate in onboarding projects for New account/customer implementations, ensuring staff training/resources are in place
• Create a culture of continuous improvement
• Maintain required data, files, and reports for L&D initiatives

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in a logistics background
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable GDP/GMP supply chain experience
• Experienced in developing and assessing operational training plans.
• Experience with reviewing/approving Training / H&S and Quality documents for a GDP/GMP operation
• Excellent People Management Skills
• General working knowledge of all functional aspects - finance, IT, HR, project management, QA
