Job Description- Senior Assistant, AFR EXP Operations

(normal working hour from 8:30 to 17:30)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact point for external customers, managing the full air export process from SLI receipt to POD.
  • Perform shipment track & trace for customers.
  • Input operational data into CW1.
  • Prepare and deliver operational reports.
  • Handle exceptions, complaints, and claims.
  • Participate in joint customer visits/meetings together with the account owner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., PCM/GTW/CDZ/CTG/GSC/overseas offices) on processes including booking, pickup, ground handling, customs clearance, document settlement, etc.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements:

  • College degree or above.
  • Knowledge of AFR operations with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills; average spoken English.
  • Proficiency in software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Understanding of customer service practices.
  • Reliable, accountable, and stable.
  • Quick thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
