Job Description- Senior Assistant, AFR EXP Operations
(normal working hour from 8:30 to 17:30)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact point for external customers, managing the full air export process from SLI receipt to POD.
- Perform shipment track & trace for customers.
- Input operational data into CW1.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports.
- Handle exceptions, complaints, and claims.
- Participate in joint customer visits/meetings together with the account owner.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., PCM/GTW/CDZ/CTG/GSC/overseas offices) on processes including booking, pickup, ground handling, customs clearance, document settlement, etc.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Knowledge of AFR operations with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong English reading and writing skills; average spoken English.
- Proficiency in software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Understanding of customer service practices.
- Reliable, accountable, and stable.
- Quick thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
