Responsibilities

• Stock & System Control Officer will assist Supervisor to supervise, help, and participate in controlling and monitoring the system/software used in Stock and Warehouse Management System.
• He/she must understand logistics & supply chain operations procedures. Ensure necessary data are updated at all times. Train related staffs in inventory units to work with WMS and quality policies.
• Maintain good working relationships with all departments and customer.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher degree, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management processes and inventory control methods, with the ability to proficiently use WMS (Warehouse Management System) and office software.
• Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively resolve various issues in warehouse operations and drive process improvement.
• Strong team management skills and sense of responsibility, with a careful and detail-oriented working attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Warehouse and logistics and Or Inventory experience is preferred.
• Able to communicate both of Thai and English.
